Temdara Farm Retreat Jam Jerrup Accessible Accommodation reconnects you with nature at this unforgettable escape. The beautiful purpose-built barn at Temdara Farm Retreat is fitted with all-new modern facilities and comforts as well as being just a short walk from the beach. Accessible via a grassed path, there is also a walk across the top of cliffs also accessible via a grassed path. Both paths are weather permitting but generally very solid and wide.
Terms: When booking, select 4 nights you wish to stay, and you will only be charged for 3. Must take place on the one booking, valid 1st May to 31st of August 2024.
The property is easily accessible from the front door disabled parking, zero clearance entry and wide door access. The apartment has been designed with singles and couples in mind for a relaxing getaway. One bedroom with queen-size electric lift bed and quality bedding, accessible bathroom with drop-down shower chair, handrails, glide under basin and disabled toilet. Combined living kitchen area with all appliances at a comfortable height, this flows out to a private veranda with beautiful rural and water views. Free Wifi and Netflix are included to enjoy during your stay. As part of the barn complex, there is a second standard apartment that can also be booked for additional guests.

Temdara Farm Retreat, lies within a brief stroll of the beach, with access facilitated by a grassed path, while an additional trail along the cliff tops offers breathtaking views, both routes are subject to weather conditions but very solid and wide. For the Artist who is looking for a retreat with a difference Temdara Farm can offer artist stays with free access to a large beautiful studio. The studio is part of the barn complex, with an accessible toilet. Participants are to bring their own artist supplies. Jam Jerrup is just over an hour from the CBD and 20 mins to Philip Island with lots of tourist attractions close by, there is an information booklet in the apartment with places to visit, eat etc. The Bass Coast Shire has put together a great array of accessible resources to access. Cancellation policy
Booking Conditions and Cancellations: All reservations require full payment or payment confirmation from a plan manager at the time of booking. Bookings become non-refundable 90 days from check in although they are transferrable to alternative dates at the same property. For changes made to bookings within 7 days of check in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be charged. We do not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events, traffic delays or natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your holiday rental period. Any changes or cancellations must be made via email to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com Damages & Repairs: You will be charged at cost to repair or replace items if there is malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property. You become financially responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check in, to the date and time you check out. To avoid blame, you are required to immediately notify us if anything is amiss when you arrive at the property. Cleaning: The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please keep it clean and leave it how you found it including furniture placement, if excessive cleaning is required over and above a standard clean upon your departure, you will be charged the cost. Smoking: No smoking inside the property under any circumstances If you need to smoke, please do so away from the property doors to ensure that the smoke does not enter. If evidence of smoking inside the property is detected, you will be charged for steam cleaning of rugs, lounge suites and furniture, laundering of all soft furnishing and linen, plus replacement of linen where necessary.
