Mountain Rest is a 5 Bedroom Dwelling split into 2 spaces – the 4 Bedroom Accessible Retreat and the 1 Bedroom Studio, (ideal for carers). Minimum one month stay.

Guests booking this property will enjoy all the comforts of home with stylish furniture, relaxing indoor plants and native Australian artworks. The 4 Bedroom Accessible Retreat includes a full kitchen with ice-making fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher & kitchen supplies; along with lounge, sitting room, TV & WIFI, large dining, laundry with hand-washing & drying rack, secure off-street car parking for up to 4 cars and private native garden with views. Guests have sole use of the Retreat space for up to 6 adults which include 2 Queen bedded rooms (1 with ensuite and bath) and 2 Bedrooms with single beds. Two of the bedrooms have wide doorways of 900mm and furniture can be moved around to suit guest requirements. There is room for a hoist to glide under the bed, with a clearance of 220mm. The main bathroom is accessible with hobless shower, shower seat, grab rails and accessible vanity and toilet.

The entrance to the Retreat is from the rear of the property. The living spaces are very generous, with ample space for large families, small groups and guests needing space for wheelchairs. BBQ facilities, cafe tables and generous outdoor spaces provide everything you need to connect with friends and family and soak in the native Australian trees, plants and birdlife. They have added extra touches like books, magazines, board games & puzzles, outdoor games, bathroom amenities and kitchen supplies. The 1 Bedroom Studio is interconnected to the Retreat and also has its own private entry. This space is not accessible; however is perfect for nurses, carers or family members wanting their own space alongside guests booking the accessible Retreat. The Studio sleeps up to 2 guests and includes Queen-size bed, a Kitchenette with fridge, microwave & dishwasher, Lounge, Dining, TV & WIFI, and Bathroom.
