Lakeside Villas at Crittenden Estate Dromana Accessible Accommodation comprise of 3 self-contained accessible villas. Each villa provides an open plan kitchen/meals and living area (sofabed in the living room), a separate bedroom with king bed (can split into twin), large bathroom with roll in shower and a laundry.
Key accessible features:
The property is rated Level 1 - Assisted Walking as the entrance doorway is 77cm and not glide under vanity. It meets all other aspects of Level 2 - Independent Wheelchair User

Three Luxury self contained Villas on a vineyard and near the beach on the Mornington Peninsula. Accessible accommodation designed with assisted wheelchair users and individuals with other accessible needs in mind.

During the booking process, please advise of any allergies and intolerances and we will try our best to find an alternative. 48 hours advance notice is required.
Travelling with family or a carer:
There are 3 villas on-site, each with 1 bedroom and a separate living area. There is a sofa bed in each living area. If you have a companion card, the sofa bed will be made up and provided for free of charge.
Travelling with children:
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. The villas are surrounded by and constructed over a lake. We can provide a portable cot and a high-chair upon request.
Communication:
If you are Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech communication difficulty, you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) to contact us.

3 disability change rooms and toilets. Lift access to lower levels. The staff are unable to assist with transfers in and out of the pools. Recommend bring own carer for any assistance needed.

Enchanted Adventure Garden
There is a wheelchair friendly toilet at the entrance. The paths are all ramped but due to the topography of the property the grade of the paths are a little steep in some places. With assistance, wheelchair users can experience the whole property. Without assistance, wheelchair users can still visit the Hedge Maze and cafe that is all on one level.

Cancellation policy
All bookings require a credit card held on file as a bond or a cash bond of $750.
Cancellation Policy-
- 25% of total tariff is non refundable once booking has been confirmed.
- Cancelling 15 - 30 days prior to arrival date 50% of total tariff will be retained.
- Cancelling within 14 days of arrival date full amount is non-refundable.
- Cancelling on Public Holiday weekends school holidays or from 25 Dec - 31 Jan: full amount is non refundable.
We appreciate that most guests will respect our property, however we must state the following conditions:
- By making a booking you agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions as they stand now.
- Guests authorise Lakeside Villas to charge all amounts agreed upon to their credit card. Your credit card acts as our property bond.
- Payments made by credit card may incur a surcharge as per our booking platform.
- The Villas are accessed via a 4-digit security pin number. Access details will not be provided until the Total Balance has been paid in full. You MUST bring this pin-code to gain access to the Villa. There is no guarantee that someone will be contactable upon arrival.
- The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation notice, fees will apply.
- The Villas may not be used for functions, parties or events and all bookings are for personal use only and are non-transferrable. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
- Departure: the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.30am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests.
- The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for Damage, Theft and loss, or any excess cleaning costs or costs incurred as a result of the tenants actions. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental or compensation for the aggrieved party.
