Bloom Bach Ohope Beach Accessible Accommodation is located in the Bay of Plenty (North Island of New Zealand). The property has three bedrooms and three living areas.  The front door is a double door with ramp access (also ramp access at the back). The property has a full-sized accessible bathroom (newly renovated) and an extra toilet.  Bedroom 1 is a double bed.  The smaller of the rooms.  Bedroom two has a queen bed, and hoist legs can fit underneath the bed.  Bedroom three is a twin room with two single beds.  One bed is a hospital bed with full remote and a comfy mattress.  

Bloom Bach is a beautifully renovated peaceful country cottage with incredible sea views of White Island and Whale Island.  The property is located on a small bouquet flower farm.  Log burning fire for winter cosy stays. 12-minute drive from one of New Zealand's top beaches - Ohope Beach. The property is also pet-friendly.

There is a very big lounge with a wood burner for winter, it has a brand-new stand-up chair and double doors that open onto the deck.  It also has a new pull-out double couch bed.  The kitchen has a dining area and one lowered kitchen bench that is also movable.  Double doors open onto the deck.  The library area is in the centre of all the bedrooms and bathrooms for easy access and no skinny hallways. The back door of the house is also a double door with ramp access.

Activities in and around Bloom Bach Ohope Beach Accessible Accommodation 

Inside, they have included two smart tvs, books and board games.  Ohope Beach is 12 minutes away, and the Surf Club now has a beach mat for wheelchairs.  Salt Surf Spray School has adaptive surfing. Beautiful driving up the East Coast, stopping at small New Zealand towns for fish n' chips and ice cream.  There is stunning bush all around, and the Opotiki trail is wheelchair friendly for off-road chairs.  Ohope Beach has boutique shopping, an art gallery, two lovely cafes, plus an excellent Mexican restaurant.  18 minutes away, Whakatane offers three berry farms for fresh berries and ice cream and a lot of good retail shops, cafes and restaurants.
