The apartment has been designed with mobility in mind while maintaining a luxurious ambience. Simple automation and thoughtful touches enhance the overall experience. The primary bedroom features a double sliding door entry with ample clearance of 700-800 millimetres between the left side of the bed and the wall. It includes a split king electric adjustable (head/foot) bed, while the secondary bedroom accommodates a standard queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have bedside power outlets that conveniently charge via USB A/C sockets. Additionally, each bedroom has remote electrical TOTAL blackout blinds for complete darkness.

The bathroom features an 850mm entrance from the main bedroom, a heated tile floor, and a heated towel rail. It also includes a bidet, glide-under basin, step-free access to the shower with a fold-down shower chair and freestanding seat, and grab rails in the shower and on the right-hand side of the toilet.

O and M body wash, shampoo, and moisturiser are provided for your convenience. The laundry area contains a washer/dryer combo, a clothes steamer, and an ironing board.

Each room is equipped with a television for personal entertainment, and the lounge features a Bluetooth sound system. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential cooking utensils and food preparation equipment. There is a step leading to the balcony.

And not to forget the beautiful Botanical Gardens and Adelaide Zoo which is all accessible.
