Accessible Accommodation Barwon Heads - 100 Hitchcock. Includes Hoist, Commode wheelchair, two types of toilet & shower chairs, fixed grab rails, bed stick and level access. Two single hi-lo electric beds are placed together to form a split king, side rails are on either side of one of the beds. A beach wheelchair is also available to also use during your stay (on payment of bond).

100 Hitchcock Barwon Heads Accessible Accommodation on the Bellarine Peninsula, just 90 minutes from Melbourne, near the start of The Great Ocean Road.. 100 Hitchcock is located on the main street in the heart of Barwon Heads, where the popular TV series SeaChange was filmed. Offering luxury accessible holiday accommodation for families, the house is just a few minutes walk to shops and the beach. Park your car when you arrive and stroll everywhere. In Summer, you are just a few minutes from the beach. While in Winter, laze by the log fire on the huge couch and choose from dozens of DVDs and games, or Netflix and Disney+ is available on the main TV.
Open plan living
The light and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living area includes a large broadband free WiFi, a large TV and Sonos speaker. Best of all, snuggle up on the massive 8-seater lounge suite with a log fire in winter. Also, dozens of DVDs and board games to keep you entertained.
Secure undercover entertaining
The yard is secure with a lockable gate and high fencing. Perfectly private landscaping, along with a large covered entertaining space. Large oak table with seating for 8. Large BBQ for outdoor cooking too. There is also an outdoor heated shower for rinsing the sand off when returning from the beach.
Second living zone: ideally suited for kids
A separate, cozy, fun-filled living area has another TV with built-in DVD, heaps of books, games and DVDs. (For your little ones, a porta-cot, high chair and potty is also provided). All to ensure you have a few minutes of peace!

This accessible accommodation in Barwon Heads has 3 bedrooms with the highest quality beds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Choose from 4 types of pillows for ultimate comfort. The holiday house sleeps a total of 8 people in comfort & style.
- The Master bedroom (with en-suite) has two king single hi-lo electric beds that are placed together to form a king with room under the bed for a hoist. There are collapsible side rails on either side of the king set-up. These rails can be moved to have a single bed with rails on both sides for stays a week or longer. Hi-lo lift as well as knees, feet and head adjustable as well as vibrational massage feature. (Note the massage function must not be used if you have a pacemaker.) There is also a Trendelenburg option. Cancellation policy
Booking Conditions and Cancellations: All reservations require full payment or payment confirmation from a plan manager at the time of booking. Bookings become non-refundable 90 days from check in although they are transferrable to alternative dates at the same property. New dates booked must be of equal or higher monetary value. For changes made to bookings within 7 days of check in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be charged. We do not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events, traffic delays or natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused days of your holiday rental period. Any changes or cancellations must be made via email to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com Damages & Repairs: You will be charged at cost to repair or replace items if there is malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property. You become financially responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check in, to the date and time you check out. To avoid blame, you are required to immediately notify us if anything is amiss when you arrive at the property. Cleaning: The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please keep it clean and leave it how you found it including furniture placement, if excessive cleaning is required over and above a standard clean upon your departure, you will be charged the cost. Smoking: No smoking inside the property under any circumstances If you need to smoke, please do so away from the property doors to ensure that the smoke does not enter. If evidence of smoking inside the property is detected, you will be charged for steam cleaning of rugs, lounge suites and furniture, laundering of all soft furnishing and linen, plus replacement of linen where necessary. No Party Policy: We have a strict ‘no party’ policy. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If there is, or is evidence of a party/function, you will be asked to vacate the property and charged for any non-standard cleaning and damages to the property.
